Whether you're looking for an engaging school field trip or want to plan an outing with your group of 10 or more guests, organized tours allow guests to discover the exhibitions in a new way through added insights and opportunities for meaningful discussion.
We offer docent-led tours for 10 or more guests. Those requesting a tour for less than 10 guests will be charged the minimum for 10 people or $60.
Art museum field trips encourage creativity, strengthen critical thinking skills, and expose students to new perspectives and cultures through hands-on learning! CSMoA tours last about 1 hour and can be tailored to match grade level appropriateness and correlate with current classroom curriculum.
A creative art activity themed to the exhibition on display is a great way to enhance any visit! We will take care of the materials and preparations; you bring curiosity and creativity. An art activity add on costs $3 per person. Tours with an art activity will last 90 minutes.
Tours can be scheduled Monday through Saturday by reserved appointment. Please note that if a group arrives late for their scheduled tour, the museum cannot extend the length of the tour to accommodate late arrivals.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour fee must be paid two weeks prior to secure the selected tour date, otherwise the tour is not confirmed. The remaining balance is due the week of the tour prior to taking the tour. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, or business checks. Once the form is completed and the deposit is received, your tour is considered confirmed.
